  Went at 11pm on a Saturday (their Google listing says they're open until 1am) and their automated system announces they're closed and to visit during business hours. Then, I pull up to a window full of people with headsets on laughing. Jokes on you, took my money elsewhere.

  The lady screamed at me for being disabled??? I don’t ever complain. Ever. I placed a MOBILE ORDER FOR DRIVE THRU. A single pot pie. And some sides. Easy right? Apparently not. I know it’s opening but I got here several minutes after when the app told me to arrive, which was AFTER the store opened. I have SEVERE NEUROPATHY, meaning I loose the feeling in my legs and it feels like pins and needles. I walk with a cane. Today the pain was especially bad. Hence- DRIVE THRU PICKUP. When I got here, the lady on the intercom told me the order wasn’t ready and I would need to come wait inside. I kindly spoke up that I am disabled and could not easily come in to retrieve my food at this current time, and that I was fine waiting. There was no line. At all. The whole time. She very rudely tells me “come to window” in broken English. I got to the window and she again, but much more rude, told me to come inside and wait for my food. I pulled my cane up and said “I can’t.” She just stared at me and started yelling at another girl in Spanish. She turned back ti me and rolled her eyes and told me to go park and come inside… again. Idk how many times I had to say I can’t? I would have fallen flat on my face if I tried to get out of my car. Anyways long story short they finally let me just park and wait. But why am I getting yelled at for trying to pick up my DRIVE THROUGH order in the DRIVE THROUGH? oh and the food was cold??? I don’t even know how that happened bc it was only 10 minutes after opening but whatever. I’ll just go to McDonald’s next time and I don’t even like that crap 💀

  Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. Service was great. However their tables were all dirty and floor definitely hadn't been swept. Dinner rush hadn't quite started so this dirtyness has been hanging since their lunch rush. Bathrooms so gross that my husband turned right back out without using it. The area to get sauce packets was half empty with ZERO napkins available. We said for here, but they packaged for ToGo.

  Waited in line at the drive thru for upwards of 20 minutes. When I was confirming my order, the guy gave attitude when I just trying to make sure they got the right things down. Food was cold, the burrito had half its contents in the wrap when I opened it, it was soppy and messy. Terrible all around. Save your time, energy and money and go somewhere else

  They have a new green sauce and for a little packet. They wanted to charge a dollar a piece. I think you need to check your franchise rules you need to make sure you're abiding by corporation laws and regulations before you get your franchise taken away
