Stopped in for a quick bite during my lunch break. Front line staff were very friendly, got my food fast and tasted delicious. Most important thing though is they actually filled up my nacho cheese sauce for my nacho fries all the way up. just for that 10 out of 10

I made an online or for the Rainbow location. Somehow the order got sent to another location. The man at the register was very nice and helpful. The manager however would not help me at all. This apparently this had been happening to customers all day. She told me I would have to cancel the order. I told her that I already paid for it the app would not let my cancel the order. She said “Your just gonna have to go to the other location and get it” the other location was 15 minutes away. I had already waited here for 15 minutes trying to get my order. I was on a 30 minute lunch break. I was 20 minutes late getting back from lunch. So… Thankyou to the very unhelpful manager. I called corporate and they were no better!!

I customized two of the same item. My husband wanted sour cream and extra Chipotle sauce. I wanted NO sauce. They put both sauces on both items. It was not worth my time to go back but I won't eat it. My husband can have both. Very disappointed. I really like Taco Bell food but hate sour cream and slimy sauces.
