- AAAubreeJan 5, 20263.0Hello, I’m reaching out because I’ve been going back and forth between Subway and DoorDash trying to get a refund for my order, and the process has been extremely frustrating. DoorDash has repeatedly sent me back and forth and asked me to do far more than I should have to, while not resolving the issue on their end. I want to specifically recognize Jennifer, who was the only person willing to genuinely help me with my order. We were both clearly frustrated with DoorDash’s lack of action, but she remained patient, understanding, and did everything she could to assist me. Her effort really stood out and deserves to be acknowledged. At this point, I’m still requesting that this issue be properly resolved and that my refund be processed without any further back-and-forth. I shouldn’t have to continue chasing a solution for something that wasn’t handled correctly in the first place. Thank you for your time, and I hope this can be fixed soon.

The staff are all very nice and friendly, they seem to care about cleanliness and cross contamination. They new younger girl is super sweet as is the other workers . The ingredients are always fresh unlike other locations never seen them run out ingredients , only 2 down sides. Building is sometimes darker inside and they don’t have the xxx vitamin water option for drinks

You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. The service was quick, and Jennifer made the whole visit positive. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences I’ve ever had
