- MHMelvin Hedgepath-ShafferJan 10, 20265.0The employee I had an interaction with was rude and disrespectful also you can clearly see that I'm disabled and only have use of one arm he put stickers all over my sandwich wrap and did something that has never been done before double wrapped it where I had trouble getting it unwrapped even after I took all the stickers off this employee was laughing when he was wrapping my sandwich and I couldn't understand why but once I got it home and unwrapped it I can see why he was laughing I think he may have also dropped it on the floor when it was in the bag but he hurried up and picked it up so I don't know if that's what really happened they clearly discriminate against disabled people I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody this used to be the only Subway I went to I will never go here again I will drive the extra miles to go to another Subway I have tried to call many times to talk to the manager to try to rectify this matter and I am told he is never there

They say “get in contact with DoorDash”. The order wasn’t made through DoorDash it was made directly through their app. That’s $20 I won’t get back. Thank you.
