- YCYera CortezDec 13, 20252.0I came in to the store today December 13th at approximately 1:30pm with my daughter and husband. We began ordering and the person making the sandwich had an attitude while asking what we wanted. I told her I wanted a 6 inch Italian sandwich. I was going to let the lady know what I wanted on that sandwich. But instead she asked again with an attitude how many sandwiches we were going to want. I told her 3. And she asked what bread. But I was waiting for her to ask what I wanted on the the first sandwich. She rudely raised her voice and asked again what breads we wanted and asked me and talked to me like if I was dumb. To which my husband noticed and told her no thank you and we walked out. I’ve been to subway plenty of times and every employee has a positive and helpful attitude all except today’s experience.

The store is always clean and I've never had an issue when I go in the store. I did order on door dash once and they sent the sandwich with no toppings that I asked for but other than that, I've had no issues.
