  I am just dumbfounded after going to the subway today. I ordered on the app some of their new protein wraps and on the app they will not allow you to add any ingredient. So I go into the store to pick up my wraps and see that they are being made by the employees so I asked if they would please add onion and I am told no they can't do that. They're not allowed by corporate to add anything to the new wraps. So I asked for some onion on the side and they told me I could not have some. I was taken back for sure... I told the manager that I would be more than happy to pay for the onion. But she said she could not do that. I am literally at this point just fuming but laughing at the same time because what is the big deal about handing me some onion? Finally I say to her can you just give me some onion out of the kindness of your heart is it really that big of a deal? She finally gives me some onion... And I was laughing hysterically all the way out the door. By far the most immature and dumbest experience of my life. If your customer wants onion you give them onion you do not make some big ridiculous deal about the onion. I will never go to this particular store ever again just because of what I faced today.

  Ordered a spicy Italian.. tastes nasty, sandwich was extremely small and there was grease pouring out of it.
