- KAKaleb AxonJan 11, 20262.0Note that most of the reviews here are for the old dine-in location across the street. It was an okay location back then, but the new takeout/delivery is just not good. Delivery is provided by DoorDash drivers who leave unprotected boxes sitting on the steps in front of the house and drive away without even knocking. When you order carryout, the cashier will explicitly ask for a tip for the "service" of carrying a pizza from the warmer to the counter--even if you already declined the tip when paying online. Last time I ordered carryout, my daughter picked it up and was confused by the cashier demanding a tip, and she ended up giving them one EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID ONLINE AND SHE WAS NOT THE BEARER OF THE CARD BEING CHARGED! Highly unethical and annoying.

Very disappointing as I have no idea what the critter is that was fried with my order AND that nothing could be suggested for how to make it right. Needless to say, I will no longer do business with this brand and will go out of my way to share this experience with any and every platform available.
