  I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for almost 2 years for a business. I called yesterday and they put me on hold immediately and left me hanging for 15 minutes. OK, busy forgot hung up called back. Put me on hold again for 20 minutes. At this point, I made it a game I called back and it went another 20 minutes and I lost my signal. I ordered from this place biweekly Tipped well and they have lost my business for good.

  Ordered online and we got the wrong pizza and soda, and no wings. Called to get it fixed and they said we could show up in 15 minutes and they'd have it ready. My husband shows up and your location is closed and apparently we were talking to a call center the whole time. I'm supposed to get a refund in 3 days, but no form of confirmation can be provided? Last time I'll be ordering from this store. There's always something wrong with orders. Update: refund was never provided and when I called to ask about it something was "wrong" with their machine and they would call me back to process the refund. Never did. Spend your money elsewhere

  Delays are very common in this store. Before they were bad, now they are worse and to that adds the terrible attention of the staff.

  Call center sounded like they were having a party when we called, and wasent very Attentitive. We were told our pizza would be arriving in 15 min and was told we can't pay with our card because our order might be canceled so we opted to pay cash (which we had to go to the ATM for) we called 30-40 min later to get hung up on twice. Im not even sure the person at the call center even sent our order in.

  Ordered 3 large pizzas and 2 double orders of bread sticks. I only got the pizzas… no bread sticks. I called back and they said they would make another order and send them out. I called back approximately an hour and a half later because we still had not received them. The guy literally answers the phone,”Pizza Hut, where dreams go to die.” They said nobody had picked up my order yet. I asked for a refund. Without putting me on hold he proceeds to yell back and forth with his manager in the back who said they will not do a refund, only a store credit. I explained we are in from out of town and that wouldn’t work. He yelled back to his boss and I could hear him say he didn’t care and they would not refund anything. Now it makes sense as to why they answered the phone that way. Not only dreams, but service is dead here too.
