- JJJ3 days ago3.0They forgot my Root Beer :/ then got put on a 25min hold, they should just advise to use the websites CONTACT US where within the phone hold the chatbot just gave me a coupon… Has the Hut lost its touch 🤔🍕 I hope the driver (DoorDash) gets my tip because on the receipt it says there is no Drivers Gratuity and found it odd since i recall the website saying the tip was for the driver. My pizza was near cold and became a middle school pizza within the first 5mins on hold, i dont live that far either 🤷🏽♂️ Best wishes and improvements to the pizza operations (the picture makes the pizza look flavorful but its oddly dark/dull taste maybe it was the cupped pepperonis) avoiding the thin crust moving forward
