We were told our pizza would be arriving in 15 min and was told we can't pay with our card because our order might be canceled so we opted to pay cash (which we had to go to the ATM for) we called 30-40 min later to get hung up on twice. Im not even sure the person at the call center even sent our order in.

I called back and they said they would make another order and send them out. I called back approximately an hour and a half later because we still had not received them. The guy literally answers the phone,”Pizza Hut, where dreams go to die.” They said nobody had picked up my order yet. I asked for a refund. Without putting me on hold he proceeds to yell back and forth with his manager in the back who said they will not do a refund, only a store credit. I explained we are in from out of town and that wouldn’t work. He yelled back to his boss and I could hear him say he didn’t care and they would not refund anything. Now it makes sense as to why they answered the phone that way. Not only dreams, but service is dead here too.

- JJJNov 21, 20254.0Update: The large Pepperoni they coupon me was 5/5 stars, never go wrong with a Original crust! 😭📈🍕 Old: They forgot my Root Beer :/ got put on a 25min hold, they should just advise to use the websites CONTACT US where within the phone hold the chatbot just gave me a coupon… I hope the driver (DoorDash) gets my tip because on the receipt it says there is no Drivers Gratuity and the website saying the tip was for the driver. My pizza was near cold and dont live that far either 🤷🏽♂️ Best wishes and improvements to the pizza operations (the picture makes the pizza look flavorful but its oddly dark/dull taste maybe it was the cupped pepperonis) avoiding the thin crust moving forward.
