I picked them up and got home and had zero chicken Alfredo and 3 god damn pepperoni pizzas when I only wanted 1 and begrudgingly accepted 2 because of management there being incompetent and not keeping their store supplied. Made a complaint online but of course they didn’t make it right.

You wouldn’t think it would be a problem, but my pizza was delivered and because I didn’t go outside in 2 seconds, the dd driver stole it back. Nevertheless, if you have an issue with order at all and you think you are supposed to contact DD, they just give you the run around, the store says it’s through DoorDash now so they can’t see anything. DoorDash came back on the line after letting them know the issue and stated that Papa John’s will have order refunded, never seen that credit back on my card. The order just gets lost and nobody can give you a straight answer. Restaurant just makes it a DoorDash issue and vice versa. Even though there’s an order # from store, they’ll say just call DD since they are doing the delivery. Doesn’t matter if you order direct on Papa John’s.

And what kind of store doesn’t have changed back when you pay cash you don’t accept 50$ and up and don’t have changed back you might as well just say only accept debit/credit card
