- RKRoger Keyes1 day ago2.0I went through the drive-through. Ordered a combo. Usually you can substitute snack-sized Mcflurry for the fountain drink. The substitution was not possible so I had to pay separate for the McFlurry. Then, they did not give me my drink and said I had to pull over and wait. Never been to any fast-food place where fountain drinks were down. The food tasted ok though.

The black lady working at night was extremely rude. placed order through the app and went to pick up as soon as we get there she says they’re closed very rudely. mind you they’re open 24/7 and it’s 1 whole hour away until breakfast time and i placed my order 20 minutes before even arriving. we tell her we placed an online order she yells at us that they are closed so we ask her if we’ll get a refund. She LITERALLY ignores us and we keep saying “hello hello” we pull off to leave and she’s literally in the drive thru window with her headset on ignoring us and makes a nasty face at us. this is the most recent incident, but this location always has problems and is a mess. i only go here if i’m desperate or it’s extremely late since it’s open 24/7 but what’s the point of that if they’re gonna pretend they’re closed just to not do work or take orders.

Asked for a large meal and somehow we got a large fry but a medium drink! We were indecisive about the size of the mcflurrys we were ordering and she huffed and snapped at up to make up our minds now! If my husband wasnt already hungry from working all day i definitely would have found another mcdonald to go to be they ladys attitude was poor! If she doesn't like her job then she should find a new one!

And we were there around 830 in morning lobby was locked we were trying to go in to see what was taking so long with the order
