  I are here on Tuesday, November 18th around 7:30-7:45 pm. I ordered the 10 pc chicken McNugget meal with a large fry & drink. I also had a small 4 piece for my partner. The food came out at a decent time, but when I got home the nuggets were lukewarm at best and the fries were cold. I don’t live close to this location, so driving back wasn’t a viable option. The nuggets tasted off, like they had been sitting out for a while. I didn’t eat much. The next day I felt really sick, like someone punched me in my stomach. The GI issues struck fast, and I had to leave work & call in the next day. This location has a reputation for being shady with their food & I see why. I’ll never come back to this location again.

  Las 2 manager que estaban el día 7 Noviembre 2025 a las 9:00 am tratan muy mal a los adultos mayores que trabajan ahí se burlan y les gritan horrible.incluso a otro joven cuando le grito que ahora llorara es tan umillante para ellos no se a donde puedo ir a poner una queja gas dormal

  Everytime i order here there are young people goofin off messing up orders when I order on door dash to avoid having to ask for things i ordered it’s always missing items

  Nice enough teenage kids working here but total confusion and chaos. these poor kids don’t know left from right up from down. The machine‘s broken out front for doing an order inside. There’s no signage or anything telling you that so you try to pay several times and then finally you go up and pay for it in line after waiting in the backed up line that’s in the lobby. They get the order wrong and don’t communicate it to the staff so you wait another 10 or 15 minutes to find out that they dropped the order somehow. next you try to get a refund that also none of the staff have been trained how to do that so that takes another 10 minutes. Like I said these kids are nice. It’s just the place is managed very badly. Plan to waste a lot of time for a simple order. Drive-through is backed up even worse so I suspect they’re having the same problems with the organization and the staff just not being trained very well. It’s hard to be a teenager doing your first job. I figure it’s even harder when the whole crew or all kids just like you learning to work for the first time. Be nice to the kids, though. It’s not their fault. They’re not trained very well.
