I paid for a large but they i guess only count the fries as a large a handed me a medium drink. I truly think she’s overstressed and overwhelmed, but the way she talks to customers and even to the younger employees is very disrespectful. What makes it worse is that the newer McDonald’s at 812 Minnesota Ave always has fantastic service and amazing employees. They’re respectful, fast, and professional every single time. So there’s no reason this location should be providing the complete opposite experience. My first issue here was when part of my order was missing. When I called to ask if I could pick it up next time or get a refund, she argued with me instead of helping. She insisted they “don’t have extras sitting in the warmer,” even though they had made me pull forward and wait — meaning my food clearly wasn’t ready and might’ve been handed to someone else. A few days later, I came back to get ice cream for my family. I ordered through the app, which doesn’t give an option to request the ice cream in a cup or to make it small for kids. When we politely asked for it at the window, she gave us attitude again. Another worker even apologized to us because of how rude she was being. The younger employees are respectful and trying their best, but the attitude from this one manager destroys the whole experience. This location seriously needs better customer service and management oversight
