I received an egg on a muffin with NO SAUSAGE. Then, my black coffee was actually had some cream in it. She had just given the same cup to the customer in front of me in the drive through. They keep telling me my code is “invalid,” yet I never have issues at the other location on Minnesota. Clearly, the problem is this store. When I ask if they can scan it at the window, they say they don’t even have a scanner. I even asked them to call someone else for help, and the manager (or whoever he was) was just as rude and unwilling to even try. Very unprofessional, zero effort, and definitely not customer-friendly. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I ended up driving to the window and was given a receipt. No one apologized and they pulled me to spot 1 where I waited 15 more minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and no reasoning for it!
