It's literally ALWAYS something wrong with my order, food is old, never fresh, orders are never made right & sloppy, if you get free stuff from the app they short you on the drinks or fries like as if the inventory hurts their pockets. It's always SOMETHING. Needs new management & employees. It's worth the extra 4-5 minutes to go to the next closest McDonald's off Kansas Ave. They actually have employees w functioning brains.
