    Filthy! Large dog sitting upright at table. Worker literally brushed off all tables in dining area with her hands, used zero disinfectant on any tables, and moved on. GROSS! Absolutely disgusting. Floors sticky and greasy, drink machine disgusting, and dining area a petri dish. They forgot our food, we had to return to counter toast for it, food was not good, and ice tea old. Will never return.

    I know that it’s hard to get people to work these days but come on. The one you could understand was the rudest. They shorted our order by two meals and a soda. Finally got one meal and the wrong soda. Couldn’t get them to understand I still needed one meal and I finally left. Ripped off in KC. I do not recommend this McDonald’s. I’m surprised they are rated a 3.5

    The works act like theyve never spoke to a human. They don't even try to work fast. The food is just left on the counter. Go to Wendy's across the street for better food.

    This place was one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been And I didn’t even know it was possible really I usually go to McDonald’s two or three times a week for lunch. I went this time for dinner and the staff was completely and utterly disgusting and rude. They were not wearing proper gear to handle food no hairnet no gloves nothing the lady at the front was extremely not polite. Another worker while coming to help my friend that was also ordering decided that their phone call was more important than taking an order this McDonald’s is disgusting. Never coming here again!
