- JDJane DoughFeb 3, 20261.0Ordered two large 14in 2 topping pizzas one of them had NO cheese just sauce and toppings also neither pizza where 14in they were medium I called and spoke to the manager who said “there was nothing wrong with them because he made it” offered to remake it but I declined due to the poor quality asked for a refund instead the manager said he had to ask his GM who he then told there was nothing wrong with it so the GM refused the refund the manager also hung up on my husband if a manager can’t make something as simple as a pizza forgets to put cheese on it and hangs up on customers he probably has no business in that role

I waited maybe another 20 minutes and called the location and was advised my order was on the way. 20 minutes later I called back and all of sudden they have no record of my order isn’t in their system. After waiting an hour and a half, I called Uber eats and was given a refund. They contacted the store who also advised them that they didn’t have my order in their system.
