Staff becomes very rude about the orders not being right and even after a manager come over to do the apologies and comp bit the food still come back shitty or not right. Maybe if was just a off day for the kitchen staff. We all have them, but it's been multiple people multiple time's. If you go to play pool ad grab a drink take ur own stick. The house stick's are terrible. All warped or have broken tips and all the pockets are pretty jankey but decent tops in its own little area away from the games and dinning.

The food is rarely hot and just is meh. Just try to eat before you come. I also feel like they should close off and soundproof a room with some comfortable chairs for the parents. I know I would come more often and stay longer. There is not great places to relax while the kids play.

When I asked for a high chair there was a foot difference between the table and the chair. How is she supposed to eat? We had to push our chairs together and hold our kid while we ate because they were not accommodating. Not a great impression for a "family-friendly" establishment. Update: they switched us to a lower table last night but left us WITHOUT a server. We had to walk around to find someone to get our drinks, boxes and check when we finished. The food was gross, the pop was warm and the kids pizza was extra burnt. We will not return.

We sat for 15 minutes and never got our drink order taken or had our server stop by to let us know we’ll be taken care of at some point. A whole lot of employees walked by us though in that time. We ended up going to Famous Dave’s and loved it and the service was great.
