  Got seated quickly as well as waited on. Food came out quickly. No silverware, no salt and pepper on table, salad had no dressing and no idea where the guy went to get it but he never came back. Nor did anyone else. I should not have to hunt down utensils to at my food. Food portions were small, inequitable and over priced for getting the exact same meal. Rice was cold. Would never come back to the D&B. I still laying awake trying to figure out how 2 fish and chips, a side salad, a short beer and a coke comes to $71. My wife paid and tipped 18% without me knowing.

  I had an awesome time at **Dave & Buster's**, and our server **Samuel** made the experience even better. He was outgoing, positive, and genuinely happy, which made the whole visit more fun. He checked in often and made sure everything was great. Excellent service — I’ll definitely be back!

  Came in at 3 PM on a Saturday. Sat at the bar for 20 minutes waiting for service. There was 8 people at the bar. The bartender said she would be with us in a second two separate times, we left after this.

  Wow wow WOW Samuel at Dave and Buster’s absolutely crushed it. Insane energy, super outgoing, and made the whole experience way more fun than expected. If Samuel’s working, you’re guaranteed a great time.

  Samuel absolutely made our night at Dave & Buster’s. From the second we sat down, he came in with insane energy, huge smile, and total control of his section. The place was busy but you would’ve thought we were his only table. He had the drinks out fast, made great food recommendations, and even gave us tips on the best games to play and how to maximize our game cards. What really stood out was how on top of everything he was. Refills showed up before we had to ask, he checked in at the perfect times without hovering, and he kept the vibe fun the entire night. At one point we were debating between a few menu items and he broke it down like a pro, even customizing an order for us that ended up being the best thing we had. He handled multiple big groups around us like a rockstar, never flustered, just calm, confident, and efficient. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving people a great experience, not just getting through his shift. If you’re going to Dave & Buster’s, ask for Samuel. He turned a normal night out into an awesome one. Absolute legend of a server.
