  Good food with chill management. Is usually packed though. And for whoever says Chipotle’s gross shut up you made your own bowl 😤

  Food was good...but customer service is equally important. I was the only person in line and had 4 orders. The two young ladies kept rushing me and interruptong me. Probably need some lessons on taking care of the customer. The cashier was nice. Even my daughter commented about it.

  The food was fine like always. Just the staff had no idea what was on their menu and they said to me you don’t count as a first responder unless you’re an “actual police officer”. Which shows you how much they care about the men and women who serve their community. Again the food was fine, but I suggest going to another location if you want good service or respect.

  Every employee in the store was wearing airpods. I walk up to the counter without a single person in front of me. The young lady working the counter didn't acknowledge me. Didn't smile at me, greet me, or even look me in the eye. She was literally just staring into space. When I started with "I'll have a bowl", she put the tortilla in the bowl and went back to staring off into space. She didn't ask which rice I wanted and had zero interest in serving me. As a restaurant owner/operator, if I ever did a mystery shop on my store and an employee acted this way, I'd fire them on the spot.

  Highly disappointed with the whole experience I sent my husband yesterday to get us food! I sent him a list I understand he reads slow mind you he’s Mexican and English isn’t his first langue but he was reading my order off when the lady told him that she could just read it instead so with that being said my order wasn’t what I wanted 😭😭😭 you had the exact list in your hand and it still wasn’t right!!!! Very highly disappointed Now to the next thing while I’m eating this bowl I’m upset about because it’s already not what I wanted I bit into something that almost looked like a tonsil and I’m trying to figure out what veggie or sauce it would’ve came from 😭😭😭it was a yellow curved thing and I thought maybe the corn but the corn is white😭😭😭😭 absolutely disgusting whole mena in the trash. Do better you ruined my whole meal from the order being wrong to biting into something nasty and unpleasant 😢 Even if my order wasn’t correct that hard bit was still inside and y’all need to look through products better because what if that would’ve choked me or got stuck in my throat like insane horrible 0/10
