    I was working DoorDash today, 11/18/25, I arrived at the restaurant ( on State Ave ) to pickup the order. When I walked in there was virtually no customers. The order was not placed on the rack so I walked up to the counter and let them know I had a dash order for * customer name* the lady I spoke with turned around and said something to other staff and I waited patiently for them to begin the order. 10 minutes pass and I have not seen anyone begin the order and customers have come in and other dashers as well. 15 minutes have now pass and I’ve let my customer as well as DoorDash know the order was not started until after arrival and I was still waiting. I speak to another woman there as I see the lady I first spoke with has gone off to clean. The new lady I spoke with I asked her if there’s an order on * customers name* order. She hears me, makes eye contact with me, says nothing to me and proceeds to walk away. It was very rude and dismissive and terrible service. At this point I’ve been waiting almost 20 minutes and the order is running late. I speak to the first lady I spoke with again and ask her about the order. She looks at the staff, says customers name, and walks away. Finally, one of the staff calls out the order and I am able to leave with the customers order and get it delivered. The timing of the order was very poor, but what frustrated me was the disregard, and rude manners of the staff working there who would not even let me know where they were at in getting the order. Due to this blatant unprofessionalism I would encourage others not to visit this location.

    Ordered a burrito bowl online. Picked it up at the store on State avenue. Got home realized it was the wrong order. Try to call store but got the computer instead of a person. the computer kept repeating itself over and over again Looks like you're trying to cancel the order. Got there asked to speak to the manager she said there was nothing she could do for me because it was ordered online. I told her I had called several times in the computer continues to repeat itself. I said you should be able to do something for me either give me my money back or make my bowl and I deserve some type of comp like chips or something. Mind you I drove all the way home and had to come back. Young lady that was working the drive-thru said you were right it was the wrong order. The manager says there's nothing I can do we don't give comps and you have an attitude. I told her that you need to do something. She got angry threw the bowl in the trash and said she was not going to give me any money or a new order get out your trespassed. She proceeded to call the police, the customers that were inside were confused because it escalated very fast. And I had never raised my voice cursed called her name I just was requesting the service that I paid for The police came Gardner and Gray. They said that she wants to trespass me that's what she can do. They said if I would have left that wouldn't have been trespassed but I'm not running from anyone because I did nothing wrong. Why would I run. Besides she said she was going to show them the tape. So I stayed so they can see the tape and see how unprofessional and unbalanced she was. These managers that call the police on customers because they don't want to do what's right need to be held accountable. The young lady lied and said that I yelled and was aggressive However the employee there said I wasn't in any way aggressive or rude. This store has 2 stars so that lets you know how bad the service is! If you provide the right service there will be no issue! When you make a mistake you admit it! This manager needs a great deal of training and a moral compass! The police need to hold these people countable for their behavior.

    The chicken has been way too spicy lately. My kids and wife noticed the same thing. And they keep dragging the burrito wraps across the counter and edges of the burrito slide under the pans, it just seems unsanitary to me to slop them around. Also items are getting mixed in with other food items from slopping them around. I know they are working hard and are in a hurry to keep the line clear... but standards are everything. If the food tastes completely different from overseasoning and cross food mixture. The manager needs to step in and watch an evening shift and show them how its done right. Thank you!

    I usually go to Chipotle by Legends, and everything goes well. However, I recently visited this Chipotle location, and the meat was undercooked. As a result, I contracted food poisoning and was sick for two days, missing two days of work. I was absolutely horrible, having a fever and diarrhea. This place is not only unsanitary but also the food is of poor quality. I strongly advise against coming here.
