  Hit or miss with quality, freshness and flavor, especially if ordering ahead. Meat is nearly non-existent. Rice is old and hard. Toppings are skimpy. Temperature of food is rarely warm, let alone hot. (I'm usually there ahead of when it's stated to be ready or exactly on time.) Drinks, specifically the canned water is room temperature when I was there last. It has been quite some time since I visited this location and I quickly remembered why. I try to avoid this location with online ordering but every blue moon, end up here due to convenience and that minimal amount of the time that I do visit, a very small percentage is online and other times I go inside. The frequency of visiting, once again, isn't often. The goal going forward is to not go back at all, regardless of convenience.

  The worst chipotle ever but I’m not surprised because people that want to serve and Wyandotte county think that it’s OK to give poor service and it’s not OK. We are people, we want to be respected. We want to be treated fairly. We wanna get equal portions when we order our food! me and my boyfriend came to this location and I felt a tad bit of racism the Mexican lady who Served other Mexican customers, she gave them bigger portions than she gave me and my guy and she was rude. She was very unprofessional. The counter was dirty annd the store was unclean. They need to reconsider their Employees and train them properly to let them know that this is not a game and that this is a job!! Every time I come here it’s a problem. No I won’t go to a new location because this location Will be fixed!! I’ll call corporate

  I ordered a burrito which was half-assed assembled and wrapped sloppily. When I politely asked for the burrito to be rewrapped I was ignored. The counter was a complete mess from spilled corn cheese and sour cream which is unsanitary. And it's disrespectful how the worker just tossed my food together. When I asked for lettuce he sprinkled it like they were rationing it out when there was plenty and completely rushed my order that they didn't bother to do their jobs correctly and throughly. I will never go here again and you shouldnt either because its a waste of money for shitty service.

  Lewis is one of the hardest workers amp; this one of the clearest Chipotle’s I’ve been to. & I go out all of them also shout out to Felipa, Ben & Pablo at the other locations you guys make Chipotle everything it should be
