Employee said “I got you” and disappeared to the left (his) of service counter. Came back a few minutes later and gave me the fries. When I tried one, it was either from the same batch or the same ones I handed to him. They weren’t warm at all. Finished my meal except for these and asked for a refund. Employee didn’t even ask what the issue was, as I’m sure he already knew, and I left. Will not return. Tip: don’t order ahead for specific time, they will make the food when order is placed. My first visit. Of course everything was soggy. But after making it back to work I didn’t have the time to return it.

Matthew portioned and placed the food in my luxe cravings box perfectly, no lettuce mess or anything. Everything made it here in great condition and my order was 100% correct. 🙂
