  I stopped by the Subway on Washington Street today, outstanding Customer Service.

  Spent over $50 on DoorDash for 2 sandwiches, chips, cookies, and a drink. These fools mixed up both sandwiches, both having the opposite veggies and bread on each sandwich. I’d say an Italian B.M.T is pretty self explanatory given it’s literally on your menu, but I guess not? Instead I’m stuck with a roasted turkey sandwich on the wrong bread and the wrong veggies. On top of that our dasher kindly let us know that when she got there they hadn’t even STARTED the order, complaining about having to make 40 sandwiches. I’d much rather my food be here later than for you to mess up my entire order. Only giving 2 stars because at least aside from the sandwiches everything else was right. Ya’ll either need to hire more staff for busier times or figure something out.

  I purchased a veggie sub with only peppers tomatoes spinach and onions I asked for more peppers 4 times every time she added only 2 more strips. I assume they are told to limit toppings?? My sandwich barely has anything on it ...
