  I had a great experience at the Subway in Independence! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, quick, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it—everything was fresh and tasted great. I really appreciated how attentive they were during the order, making sure everything was just right without feeling rushed. It’s clear they take pride in their service and quality. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to. I’ll be back! The store has definitely turned around with the new manager, Samantha.

  I forgot to catch the ladies name but she was training another employee and handling her store and customers with so much grace, patience, love and great conversation ❤️❤️❤️

  Staff apologized for the wait and made sure I had what I needed before I pulled away. We do pick-up a lot and it’s always quick and accurate. Grateful to have Subway in Independence!

  I had a really disappointing experience at Subway today. I ordered a sandwich, and unfortunately every topping tasted spoiled. The vegetables were not fresh at all, and even the sauce tasted off, which made the whole sandwich inedible. This isn’t just about taste—it’s a food safety concern. I ended up throwing the entire sandwich away. I hope management takes this seriously and checks their ingredients and storage practices, because no customer should have to deal with spoiled food. I won’t be coming back to this location unless I see improvements.
