- AWAbi WalkerJan 4, 20261.0If you want 3 chip options, no drinks, hidden charges, and to hear other customers be bashed as soon as they walk out of the door- THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! The assistant manager complained about having customers, could not refund or else she “would be in trouble” and then had no problem making a different customer a whole new sandwich after they made it wrong. Her man was sitting around the restaurant and talking with her. She had no badge, no hat, and wouldn’t fix the broken pop machine that exploded on me or give me a new cup. Instead, I got called rude. Wild experience. Will never go back.
- DDDillonJan 4, 20261.0Wow. Staff was incredibly rude. I was charged $1.50 for extra cheese even though I got none. I did ask for extra olives but $1.50 for like 5 extra olives?? I got a drink but none of the soda worked and there was no tea. I asked to get some soda and they acted like I was the biggest idiot on the planet. I politely asked for a refund for the drink I couldn't get and assistant manager REFUSED. I literally just got robbed by Subway. Crazy. Im not making this up. The assistant manager told me I was being rude and disrespectful but I have worked fast food and am always respectful to those behind the counter. I could go on and on with this visit, but I'll keep it short. She then told me never to come back as I was leaving. Heard!

You ask them to toast it for a minute so the meat isn’t freezing cold they act like it’s the end of the world to toast it for over 25 seconds. Ridiculous for a sub that’s already $15+ a very few workers here will actually do it for you but I just stopped going here all together

- TDT DNov 17, 20251.0Staff had attitude horrible service asked for pickles and got three pickles on my sub bread tastes old and stale asked for the staff to change gloves before touching my sandwich due to allergies got attitude from the staff just an overall horrible experience. It's sad I had better service and better food in the middle of a combat zone
