She couldn't answer our questions, the chicken strips were a lot smaller than advertised in the picture, got about 6 fries, and our blizzards were left out and got melted. The lady still tipped the blizzards over even when they were clearly melted, it dropped onto the table and all she said was sorry and still served them to us. Everyone working there didn't seem to know what they were doing.

I'm mad about it to because I've never ate at a Dairy queen before definitely won't again mind you they have great customer service well the lady that took our order was amazing she even did her restaurant figure eight which seeing that is impressive that places still use that method! But the burnt meat over sauced burger to the still frozen fries we all got frozen fries. They weren't even busy! The guy wasn't having it on the refund. I don't argue so we just left!
