The hash browns (the six you get) looked like they were cooked in old oil. They were not crispy and golden brown, but rather a sad, chewy, oily brown color. To add insult to injury, I was charged $0.50 for a cup of water. I can understand if you are not buying anything, but for a customer who is getting Coffee, Donuts, a sandwich, and Hash Browns, a cup of tap water should be free. I rated the service one star because no service worker should serve a customer substandard Hash Browns to save the establishment a few cents. This is a textbook example of a business killing the Golden Goose.
