  This subway is the closest one to my house so it’s the best one for me to go to because I do really like subway sandwiches but the workers at this subway are not very good. Most recently, my mom online ordered six cookies along with our three sandwiches and instead of six, they have us three cookies. They frequently get our online orders incorrect. One worker in particular is really weird to try to order from in person, when I just want to order the subway club she needs to ask every single question like i’m making my own sandwich. She’s made weird comments to me and my boyfriend and is also so frustrating to deal with. I understand she doesn’t get paid enough working there and I can’t imagine her dream job is being a subway sandwich artist, but me and my boyfriend are always kind to her and tip her so I don’t understand why she’s always rude to us. Again, I do really like subway’s sandwiches but it’s so annoying ordering both in-person and online from this place.

  Called and was hung up on before getting to ask for a refund. Called back and received a rude response but assumed the girl was just busy. She told me to wait because she had people in line (rudely, didn't ask, told). She refused a refund (claimed I ordered through doordash despite the order being through subway app and me repeating it several times; doordash refused to refund because it's not through them). She blamed the Dasher for not picking up my drink. I'm a Dasher and this is the only location that expects you to do that. Her excuse was "it's not behind the counter" like she doesn't have legs. Asked for a manager to see if they could do something with less attitude problem, was told she was the manager, which is disgusting. Asked for someone over her because her attitude was getting old and she refused. Told her to give me a corporate number and she laughed and hung up. Went to store, preemptively called police because she seems like a liar and I don't want to be accused of something. She told police I cursed at her (I didn't, but it proved I was right about her being a liar) and refused to let me on the grounds to request the refund myself. The police backed her because it's private property. Employee has dark hair and tattoos. Disappointed but not surprised to find almost all of the negative reviews are about her and her attitude problem, and no one does anything about it and even made her a manager. Still haven't gotten a refund and can't find a number to contact anyone.

  every time i order here it’s just trash, sloppily made, never on time, half the time not made right and the staff is not that friendly.

  This is ABSOLUTELY the worst subways I have ever been to! Every time I come in to this location there is either a white guy with dark hair and glasses who acts like he hates his job making my sandwich and is NOT welcoming at all and THEN there is a black girl who ALSO acts like she hates her job and want to rush you while you’re trying to tell her what you want on your sandwich while she makes your sandwich sloppy with no care with a attitude! If I could come in and walk behind the counter and make my sandwich MYSELF I would, but instead I let this be my third attempt to try this location one more time and all I can say is DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Not even on a good day! Especially if you go here after 5pm OR 6pm! The workers SUCK! & I bet the management here WILL continue to enable this disgusting behavior!!!
