  Ordered online Waited forever just for them to not have the sauces in the bag and missing a McDouble and Mcchicken. This place is a joke. Go to 47th and Broadway. Longer drive but better service

  Computer somehow couldn't handle the amount of orders they had even though it wasn't that busy, had to wait forever. Maybe don't cheap out completely on your tech support then Edit: Shout-out the drive through guy and the kitchen staff who were completely nice and just trying to do their job, bad review pointed solely at the establishment/management

  Have been here 30 minutes waiting on a pick up order. One little girl keeps coming out and hiding by the nail salon to text on her phone and hit her vape. We finally went in after the order and they had us carry out the wrong one to the other waiting lady. Then still had to wait longer for our stuff. Please hire some adults to work here.

  I pulled up to the drive thru and try to order and was told they were only taking mobile orders. So I go park, log into the mobile app and place and PAY for my order. Drive up to the window to give the mobile order number and then was told they did not have any food left the man in front of us ordered ALL the food and they were closed even though they advertise as being open 24 hours. Now I had to cancel my order and it takes 7 days to refund my money!! Now having to drive 20 minutes to Hiawasee to get food. THANK YOU TACO BELL FOR BEING OPEN, unlike this McDonald's.

  Worse McDonald's I've had to deal with in a long while. Always slow, disorganized, employees arguing. Poor management and apparently zero training. Today after a long wait, they handed me a bag at the window and when I asked for ketchup and shoved the bag a little back, toward the window, so she could drop the ketchup in, she asked, "wait... what did you have?" So I repeated my order and she snatched the bag back and told me that wasn't my order. Waited several more minutes before they handed me my "correct" order. So I get home. No straw. Instead of my double cheeseburger with no pickles and add mayo...I got a cheeseburger with literally nothing on it... like you would serve a child or a psychopath. Dry as a piece of cardboard. Hire more capable people, properly train them, and incentivize them to excel.
