I was told I could not get a refund because I already paid??? So I said oh well i will just wait. Food shows up after only 1 hour but its not even my order, as well as old and room temperature. I call to let them know what happened and they tell me to call back another day and let them know I have a $40 credit. I call a few days later and it goes to a 3rd party to take my order. I let them know I have a $40 credit and they tell me they cant see that info so they transfer me back to the store and I waited another 10 mins for someone to answer. The phone finally picks up and I get hung up on. Terrible experience and I'm out 40 dollars.
