  The bad review is not for the service I received. I ordered ahead and ended up going to the wrong subway. When we went into the first one we saw 3 employees with maybe 2 customers. Also a manager that was on the phone. I asked about the sandwiches and they said that's the other one. Perfectly fine, we left and went to the other one. Now we pull up at the other one and the parking lot is FULL! I walk in and our sandwiches are not ready to go yet. I hear the SINGLE employee apologizing constantly because of the delay because he was the only employee. I just got in line and waited my turn. He helped everyone and was very apologetic, even though he had no reason to apologize. I waited about 20 minutes and waited patiently. I just wanted to say this employee ( I believe his name was Tyler) was doing a great job! I also think it was absolute crap that we had stopped at the further north store and they couldn't send 1 of the 3 people. There was NOBODY in there. I think that manager was absolutely lazy and disrespectful to her employees. She acted very unprofessional in my opinion. Anyway, Tyler (again, I believe was his name) was amazing and did a great job and deserves to be treated better.

  They always mess up my order and several times there was a heavy set woman that was clearly the boss yelling at the employees from one of the tables in the restaurant. Not very professional. This time they left off most everything I asked for on my sandwich. I don’t think I’m going back.
