- MWMaggie WithersJun 20, 20251.0I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from this subway (go to the subway north of town by I-70) If you order online it’s even worse.. if you do order from this location the “sandwich artists” that work here will grantee to mess up ur order. I ordered two different sandwiches and the ones provided at pick up were a combination of the two sandwiches x2. Not to mention they were drowned in sauce when the receipt clearly says “less”. This isn’t my first rodeo with issues here.. last time I was here one of the employees completely lost it during a lunch rush because people kept walking in the door..I figured after a few years things would have improved given their “renovation”, sadly that was not the case..once I returned my order and had them corrected it, two girls sitting at the booth were being very loud and disruptive you could see opened sores all over their face and body as they filled out job applications, as the guy correcting the sandwiches these two girls and the employee were cussing at each other.. uhh.. yeah.. so if u do go here.. I warned you. Only reason I didn’t ask for a complete return /refund was because I was able to see the guy wash his hands prior to making the new sandwiches.. oh not to mention one of the girls asked for the sandwiches that were messed up since they were going to be thrown away.. I’m lost for words with my experiences here this was such a nightmare.
- MMMrKswildmanMay 29, 20201.0We placed our orders on line and paid for them online, when they were done we received a very rude phone call from the store staring that it was very unusual for us to order our food and not pick it up. The guy that answered the phone when I called didn't even know the address to the store he was working at. When we picked up our food the people were rude to us. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! After we were halfway home I checked my sandwich, IT WASN'T HOW I ORDERED IT ONLINE.
