    One of the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. They are usually out of items and won’t tell you until they deliver your items. Never have cheese sauce and will not let you know until they give you your pretzel. And then you ask about the latest drink and they are out of something. Their strawberry limeade’s lack in strawberry. We have gotten old bread on the smash burgers.

    Was a great experience, I believe our carhop was named Charity, she was so smiley and wonderful. As we were finishing our food in the beautiful outdoors though, a gentleman was walking around pulling trashes near the playground and was smoking and it smelled so terrible. Ruined the moment. No complaints otherwise. Thanks Charity, another car hop, and the kitchen for a great experience. Wish y’all still wore skates though…

    Very good customer service at this Sonic here in Hays Kansas. They weren't sure about something on the order so they came outside and made sure it was right. The food was pretty good too and they even gave me extra coupons for the inconvenience. Really good management and staff at this Sonic I would give him 10 Stars if I could. It was nice gesture that they gave me those extra coupons. This Sonic the employees need a raise. Or at least a party to celebrate that they are good workers. This was fast food done right. The chicken sandwiches were very good and so were the hot dogs that my son got
