We asked for chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla and she was given a soupy vanilla s'mores blizzard. When she presented the red head with it he insisted it was made correctly (despite us ordering it before) and after showing him it was soupy he assured us "That's marshmallow fluff it's NOT soupy." Yet he didn't even flip the blizzard. He didn't offer us our receipt or else I'd fight this there. Horrible experience I do not recommend.
