  Christmas eve lunch was so good and quick. I think the man who checked me out was Seth, I may have his name wrong. This made my travel amazing, thanks

  Weird occurrence here today. I ordered my food and then was waiting for the bathroom. I waited for nearly 10 minutes and a line of women formed behind me and I watched 5 different men get a turn at their bathroom. After seeing the line form behind me I didn’t want to be that person who never checked if someone was actually in the bathroom. Their doors say “In Use” when locked but sometimes those can be broken and it had been so long I thought maybe it was empty or worse, maybe the person inside was sick. I knocked very loudly because it’s a loud restaurant and the bathroom is right by the kitchen. I heard someone say “just a minute” and knew we were just waiting and things were fine then. But then an employee came out…a woman with lightish brown hair and glasses maybe in her 50s, and she gruffly asked “Is there a problem??” I thought maybe she was just concerned someone in the bathroom may be unconscious so I said, “No, someone is in there.” The employee immediately became belligerent…I don’t know if she was inebriated or just unstable and having a bad day but she started yelling “YEAH THEYRE GOING TO THE BATHROOM SOME PPL HAVE STOMACH PROBLEMS THIS IS MY STORE WHY ARE YOU BEING RUDE?!?” I was shocked and the woman behind me in line goes, “No one is being rude except you. She knocked to check if someone was inside.” And the employee screamed at her saying “THIS IS MY STORE YOU CAN LEAVE.” The poor woman behind me and her husband left and I don’t blame them. I explained to the employee that I was knocking to check if someone was in there and she goes “WELL YOU SAID SHE ANSWERED.” And I say, “yes…because I knocked.” I think at this point she starts to understand what happened and is embarrassed because she goes “YEAH OK.” Yells about how it’s “her store” a few more times but goes back in the kitchen. At this point all the other women in line had left because it was actually pretty scary and I thought the employee might lunge at us at anytime. She was so mad she could barely get her words out. It was very confusing. I’m writing all this because if it’s a pattern of behavior with this employee, the company should know. It could’ve been a freak occurrence but that seems unlikely with how aggressive and rude they were…telling people to leave the restaurant just for defending me…someone who dared to knock on a bathroom door. I would’ve left immediately too if I wasn’t waiting on my food and I’m upset I spent my money there already. I won’t be coming back because I obviously don’t want to be accosted again for god knows what.
