  The employees are always on top of it and are super quick even when the line is wrapped around the building. The drinks are super delicious and I have loved every one that I have tried. I always make sure to tip as the Brewistas rely on tips for a portion of their income!

  I will forever be a proud supporter of Seven Brew in Hays,Ks! Has there been drinks I have fallen in love with of course! Has there been drinks where I have tried it but will never have again! Yes, but that is all stepping out of your comfort zone and trying it! The only thing I wish Seven Brew would consider doing is maybe doing a push to redeem button for when you have a free reward. So you don’t have to tell them every time you want use your free reward it would just automatically apply it when they type in your phone number and enter what you want to order! Other than that it is one of the best coffee shops in town! I have gone over 24+ times and I won’t stop!

  Thoroughly irritated with my experience as of 1-8-26. Went through to get coffee and 2 employees were out in the 40 degree weather, without a canopy, getting rained on. Been there, done that. No excuse for it. They had no rain gear. No protection from the rain. I bought the poor employees some ponchos to at the very least keep them dry. For the record, at no point did any of the employees say anything bad about the company or the current situation. This was all my personal decision to post this to hopefully help get those poor girls some type of cover from the weather. It was raining and cold all day, and this was at 7:30am. You could clearly tell they were already frozen and soaked to the core. Shame. Take better care of the employees.

  The staff were all so sweet and helpful, even though it was busy, they were patient when our car was looking at the menu! All of our items were so good, and will definitely be back when I'm in town!!

  Either severely understaffed or poorly trained. 45 minutes line that barely moved. Took 5+ minutes a car and there seemed to be zero urgency by the staff. I can be pretty understanding but there was no acknowledgement to the wait time and no apology. Have been to many 7brews and this was by far the worst experience.
