We heard her sigh at us when my mother said the wrong name of a drink. The speaker was cutting out at the drive through and she kept saying “WHAATTT? WHAATT?, You keep cutting out” in a very rude tone like it was our fault. She was so rude and snarky the whole time we were ordering in the drive through. She was not wearing a name tag and I did not ask for her name. The picture is of the lady. I ended up having to go inside because they forgot my drink and an order of cinnamon twists. I waited forever. Absolute joke. I would be embarrassed to be the manager at that time.
