    Idk what the girl taking the orders problem is but she’s has such terrible customer service with that big attitude of hers.

    1. They won't answer there phone when you have a complaint. 2. We got our food and there was a piece of hair in our food i wouldn't trust Sonic in Great Bend Ks I would recommend Hays Ks or Russell Ks.

    Terrible food, it sits there for hours absolutely disgusting. They are extremely rude and never get food orders correct. Got a chicken sandwich and it looked days old and the lettuce was dry and sticking to the bun. Asked for no bacon on my egg and cheese burritos got bacon and sausage on them instead? I had to order twice, and they still messed up the order. Needs new management or shut down immediately!!
