Food was cold and they had to keep bringing items to our table they forgot to place in the bag. They were making their drive thru more of a priority.

The frito burrito was very DRY and had little to no chili, so dry I had to throw it away. The tots were the same way, although had more than the burrito still not the normal amount all other sonics put on their food. I called and spoke to the MGR Gabby and she said they do that at the direction of the GM….. I replied absolutely NOT! I am big paying $25 to be skimped on an ingredient. Just be as the town is booming with outside workers does not look good on what you are doing here. Gabby said she was giving me a full refund, we will see what happens with that!
