  Went there yesterday to grab just 2 rt44 drinks. It took 40 minutes to get the drinks and that was only after I asked the guy working what was taking so long. I ordered through the app. The app showed the drinks would be out by 1240pm I got the drinks a little after 120pm. The guy I spoke to told me he was the only car hop and it would take 20-30 minutes longer to get my drinks he was dismissive and walked right by me. Then a few minutes later a woman brought the drinks and gave me 3 coupons after looking at the coupons they are expired. They expired in 2025. They need to learn customer service skills and to at least let people know who are waiting for their order that it may take a bit longer and apologize for the wait! I work in customer service and I would get in big trouble if I ever dismissed a customer like they did to me. We won’t be going back to that Sonic.

  cheyenne is awesome! i loved her spirit and attitude and she really did a great job making sure everything was there and correct. definitely a keeper;)
