The number 1 issue is the drive thru holds you hostage by blocking you in, as they take ~10 minutes for each customer. This is the third time I've gotten the wrong order and there's was only one person ahead and behind me! It has been baffling how awful each experience here has been. This time I had a bad reaction as they gave me something with what I am assuming the new diablo sauce. So I sit here, hungry and in pain waiting for it to pass.
