- HGHannah GarciaFeb 19, 20261.0First off, when ordering my food tonight I was waiting at the window for my food and I saw a young high school aged boy thrusting his hips forward and backwards towards a cup! With two other high school aged boy around him laughing, one which have may have been a manger. Very inappropriate and makes me feel very uncomfortable having to see this happen while waiting on my food!. Secondly, I ordered extra onion and got no onions. The onion thing happens dang near every time I go and every time I call to let them know they messed up my order I get the same two excuses “”we were out of onions when you ordered”” or “”we just ran out of two hours ago”” every dang time. Thirdly, yall fill up fry containers half way now and the fries literally taste like they have been sitting for 4-6 hours soggy and cold. When one of the old GM ran this place, this place had good professionalism, and good service.
