  I went too sonic this week too get some dinner for me and my two kids and waited around 20 MINUTES TOO GET OUR FOOD!!! Then on top of it, it was just thrown together in the bag, I received my food but when they came out and gave me my food, I know now why my food was so horrible. People that can't practice good hygiene can't practice good food safety hope this helps!!! And ps it's disturbing that when I drive around to throw my trash out there's people smoking (illegal drugs) out back!!!! And I love seeing the general manager who’s supposed too be “in charge” of the whole operation vaping and smoking with kids!!!! It's against safety regulation laws in Kansas passed by the "indoor clean air act" which clearly states no one is allowed too be smoking within a distance of 10ft to the walk way/doors of the restaurant!!! I now know I will not be visiting this place ever and I'd advise you too stay away also!!!! I will be reporting you for having unsafe and unclean working environments honestly I don't know how your overheads or whoever owns the store too let it get like this, new look but same nasty habits!!!

  Ordered an app order at 8:07, checked in waited at sonic until 8:36 when I finally called AFTER being checked in, got my food immediately after calling to “check” on it. Get the food that had clearly been sitting there for the whole time and was cold and hard. Called back at 8:38, to have them remake it because it wasn’t even edible.

  Not sure who was working this morning but they were extra friendly and the food was outstanding. Not usually a Sonic fan but if you keep this up, I will be!

  Ordered 2 drinks from Sonic in Girard Ks- both big red- neither are pop... It was the end of the bag-all carbonation -... I spent over $50 in combos to get carbonated water..
