  I’ve noticed on several occasions that the Gardner location does not offer the best deals. If you select an Olathe or Ottawa based location there specials are always better deals. Also the pizzas I have purchased from Gardner always have less cheese and toppings. Here is what I learned. Some Pizza Hut locations are franchise-owned, while others are corporate-owned. Franchise owners can choose whether to participate in national promotions. They can also control portioning and inventory practices, which can affect toppings.

  I ordered a few items and they left out my wings. I called and politely asked for a refund and was told the manager would call me back. I later called back having never heard anything and was told "she will call you back when the dinner rush is over". I asked to simply speak with the manager and was told no. At this time my issue still has not been resolved. I would not expect good service or accountability from this restaurant.

  Messed up order so I had to wait while they remained it. After they brought it the topping were wrong.
