- AOalejandro ortizMar 25, 20261.0This is, without a doubt, the worst McDonald’s in the area. I often come here because I work nearby, but I always end up wasting a lot of time. The service is extremely slow and the customer service is very poor. If you’re a busy person, I definitely do not recommend stopping here, as you could lose a big part of your day without even receiving proper service.

She deserves a raise for having to work under those circumstances alone.

In the future, I’ll continue driving and visit another establishment in Olathe. This location is priced higher than any other area McDonald’s. Their order accuracy is not consistent. Their service inside the restaurant, (especially on the weekends) takes longer than a full service restaurant because they cater to door dash, Uber Eats and Drive Thru orders first. Today, I was asked to park because I was told they were waiting on fries, after they had already parked at least 3 vehicles before me for the same reason. When I refused, since I ONLY ordered a large fry, the window was slammed in my face, not once, but twice by two different people. I have parked for them before only to wait double or triple the amount of time it would have taken if I would have stayed at the window. I wasn’t given a receipt today, otherwise I would have let them know my complaint through their survey. Save your time and money and choose another location.
