  Ordered 3 crunchy tacos in the drive thru. All 3 looked like they had been in a wreck! I think minimum wage is more than they deserve.

  Ran out of beef was forced to pull around and park then took 30mins despite having ordered online. Did not bring our food to our car.

  I usually love coming to Taco Bell, but the last few months have been terrible. I noticed that it’s usually the night shift, that has been messing up every single order, every time I have been here with my family or by myself. Usually, I cut Young kids some slack, But they seem very careless, and semi-incoherent sometimes. The only thing I get is a chicken quesadilla meal, I’m not sure how that’s complicated but they seem to mess it up every time and give me something completely different that I didn’t even order. They are more interested in yelling and screaming in the kitchen and horsing around than actually doing their job, 9 times out of 10 it’s the night shift. You could repeat your order, It’ll be correct on the screen, they’ll even say it back to you, and still get it wrong.
