I only met this employee named Alwin he left a really good impression. He was polite, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s not often you get that kind of friendly service, especially when it’s busy.

Staff was very quick and friendly. Food was sloppy had double cheeseburger only pickle. Got it made right but cheese wasn't on the meat or even begining to melt bc burger was cold.

Horrible service. First, couldn't hear the Hispanic lady or understand her, then I had a free code for any biscuit and she didn't even ask which biscuit of the variety i wanted before asking what else and after that i ordered a large iced coffee and she handed me my food bag and a medium and shut the window and walked away.

Orders sausage egg cheese biscuit and egg mc muffin and a side order of bacon
I got one slice of bacon broke it n half for my 2.50$ I called and was told I had to return with the food in order to get my 250 refund I drive for a living I pulled over on the side of the road and walked in and got my food you already saving yourself money when I order it on your screen myself with my time I don’t get any reward for that unless I sign up and you can track me in this day and age where we pay with credit cards and noncontact everything I wonder why I cannot get a refund for my bacon that you stole from me because that’s exactly what you did you stole my money and that’s how I feel and that’s what I told the manager and she wouldn’t make it right she said she couldn’t do a refund that wasn’t in her possibility Even though I paid with a credit card told her my order number it’s all right there she could’ve done a refund but she did not wanna make it right so this location steals from their customers you do that at 10 customers that’s already 1250 you do that throughout a breakfast season for two hours and you say you have 300 customers you do the math shame on you McDonald’s stealing from your patrons that’s what you do

This location is good with stealing from drive three customers I got one slice of bacon broke in half for my 2.50$
If they do that with 10 customers that’s 12.5 they safes on product and pure profit
I run my own business so that being said
I could not and would not feel good about stealing from my customers but I guess this MC Donald’s is struggling and need extra the 10$ per sandwich is not enough ordering it myself is not enough maybe I need to fix it myself too for this business to thrive when I called I was told that I was going to have to come back
I truck for a lift g I had to park on the side of the rd to come get my food bc it’s not truck friendly so that’s a joke you have my card number refund me my bacon I asked nope can not do that unless I’m present
REALLY why do we have all this electronic devices when we act like the 1600
