    Very weird interactions with employees. Went through the drive thru. The girl taking our order seemed confused/ didn’t seem to understand. When we got up to the window we asked to have the order repeated just to make sure it was correct. The guy at the window looked at us like we were crazy. Got the order & it was wrong. I went inside to explain we got the wrong order. The girl at the counter didn’t hear me and told me I was wrong and needed an upcharge (which I would have paid, I just wanted the correct drink that I ordered?? Like why would that change what I ordered??) I explained my order again. She looked at me and sighed then told someone else to make the correct order. Needless to say, listening to an order and asking questions must be hard lol I’ll just go inside from now on as I didn’t know you could just make your own. I’ll continue to go because the drinks are good but some better customer service is definitely needed.

    I love that you can sample the teas! Try the cupcakes! 😍 Also love that the employees were all in good moods and you can tell they enjoy working there! Any time I'm in Gardner, it's a must stop. Glad to support!!

    I was given attitude as soon as I tried to order at the drive thru. Once I tried to get out what I wanted they assumed exactly what I wanted and even assumed the size drink. Let people finish speaking when ordering. I was completely cut off when I tried to order a drink, specifying I wanted it hot. I assumed whoever took my order heard me and then I get to the window and people are visibly frustrated when I say I ordered it hot. Listen or even verify someone’s order instead of just assuming and rushing them. I won’t be back.
