  I LOVE Taco Bell. It is truly one of my favorite fast food restaurants. However, I don’t think I can keep eating at this one. They have constantly forgotten my Diablo ranch (which does cost money). They also rarely take the pico and guac off the cantina chicken bowls. It’s frustrating but I’ve been living with it. But yesterday my boyfriend was fed up with them getting the order wrong so he called. They said he could pick new ones up today. So we went and they decided that we had already picked them up (we hadn’t) and turned it into such a hassle we just left. Also, you’ll be shocked to know they also forgot the Diablo ranch (wow! So unexpected!). But this may be the last straw for me. Also, just in case anyone reading goes to real Taco Bell: this place overall really sucks. They hardly put anything in burritos and it’s mostly tortilla. The portioning is just so small it’s like it comes out of their paycheck personally with every burrito they make. I’m just so used to going to a Taco Bell that actually makes their food taste good, so I was pretty shocked when they portion their food so horribly. If you want your burrito to be a standard burrito make sure you pay extra to add extra of literally everything (they’ll still forget the sauce for some odd reason) but it’s bearable sometimes. It’s just so disheartening as a Taco Bell girly to have to leave it behind but the people act like they’re personally offended by you coming there. And they don’t read when you customize things. I wish we could get a better Taco Bell :(

  Ordered a bean burrito Xtra red sauce Xtra onions Xtra cheese I got a regular bean burrito. They asked if I wanted sauce I said yes its on the ticket even..... I got none...why ask? Also I don't mind paying Xtra for add ons but I paid and you didn't add them that's basically stealing money from customers....do better

  I usually never leave reviews to anything, but I feel compelled to because it was just so good! I got the cantina chicken taco discovery box, and loaded garlic steak fries. Those fries are genuinely one of the best things they’ve ever had, I’ll be sad when it leaves because it’s delicious. I’ve never had the cantina chicken tacos before, and I normally don’t like Taco Bell’s chicken, but I was impressed! The sauce really makes the whole flavor, without it, it wouldn’t be nearly as good. My mom got a cheese quesadilla, and said it was alright, which I believe, the quesadillas are usually nothing special but very inoffensive. My brother got a double cheese beef burrito(?) and he said it was good. Taco Bell is my absolute favorite fast food place, please keep up the great work!

  Bought from the app and had it custom ordered for extra chicken and no tomato in my order. Was told they were out of most of their drinks so got a lemonade, everything else was wrong. Spent $20 and none of what I asked was made
