  My girlfriend and I have only been there a handful of times. But every time we go the waitress always treats us great. And the portions of the food are always large. The last time we went in. It was 30 mins before closing. And still the waitress treated us very well and allowed us to order and dine in. I ordered the 6 pieces buffalo wings. But when I got my order I got 9 pieces! We also got a sushi shripm roll to share between the two of us. Everything was very delicious and was a fair price for all the food we got. Will be a returning customer.

  I had went to itokos on Wednesday 10/22/25. I had the worst experience in this building I walked in on the phone with my wife joking and laughing like always. When I walked in, I noticed a woman cleaning a table, but I continued with my conversation joking with my wife saying I’m walking into the restaurant and no one has greeted me. The server then approached me as I spoke to a man asking him did you get greeted? He smerked & said no so we laughed this women got so close to me full of attitude, I ask for her name multiple times. As she approached me she said “what do you want?” I said excuse me? She repeated what do want with attitude & aggressiveness. Got loud. I asked for a manager then she started talking Spanish as if I didn’t speak Spanish said “ apenas acaba de entrar y se está quejando” first off I was joking with my wife but I really didn’t get greeted nor treated very well I spoke to the manager on duty, she really didn’t speak, she didn’t fix the issue she allowed the employee named Leslie to continue speaking Rudely to a paying customer I paid $31.00 this day and have been trying to leave this review for days. It was my second time here first visit sweet people helped us this second time for a pick up I got treated like shit & basically I won’t be coming back. Just want the owner to know the type of employee & staff he/she has because no one stopped this lady from being so rude. “Check the cameras I got there before I received my text that my food was ready. I sat in my car for a bit then headed in to a horrible place felt like no one could calm this girl down. I was even respectful while the staff stood there watching. This Leslie girl was very disrespectful, rude & hateful. Never been treated so badly in my life. Didn’t get to eat my food from how upset I was. Around 3:05 is when I was in the building.
