  Went there a couple nights ago with my friend. It was really cute, everyone who dealt with us was really nice. There was no way for her to know, I wasn't using an accessibility device that day, but I have chronic pain. The hostess seated us at a table for two with wooden chairs. Our server, after handing us menus and asking for drinks, asked if there was anything else she could do. I asked if we could be moved to a booth, and she had one cleaned out and moved us over in three minutes. The food itself was really good, we tried the appetizer sampler. I didn't think to ask if there was anything on the cheeseburgers, but it's mustard, ketchup, and onions. Next time I'll ask for some of that off. The actual meat was a little spicy? It was unexpected but not bad, and the Hawaiian rolls they were on definitely helped.

  Food was made sloppy my sandwich was completely smothered in sauce had to throw it away, no napkins or silverware was added to bag even tho we ordered wings. Once talking to the manager he stated they don't do that add napkins because of corporate. Did absolutely nothing for me but state that he made that sandwich himself which was just thrown together. Customer service was horrible and food was the same! Worked at a b dubs and this was a joke of one. Would never come back

  I got waited and was about 30 minutes, and they ended up forgetting about us and I went in and was waited another 15 minutes. We finally got seated and waited another 10-15 minutes for them to notify our server we were there and finally take our order. The server was very kind, but the food was very cold once taken out and we asked for the TV’s to change to watch a game and they totally forgot. Once again, thanks to the server who was very kind! But Hostess was in another planet. The food was also very dry, seemed it was out for 2 days. Very hard to even bite. We need supervisors to get training done again!

  Not enough buffalo wings sauce on my wings, they was almost dry and hard. But the young lady that waited on me was very professional.

  Food came out cold, had to call our server over multiple times to tell her we are missing food or just for anything in general, the server never came over once to check on us but I will say they were very nice and polite. Overall if you want your food to be hot when you eat it or if you want good service do not go here.
