  love my drinks everytime I go Ive never had to wait to long and the girls are always being nice and have a good attitude even with all I see they have to deal with rude customers it’s a nice place to get a sweet drink and they have so many different flavors to choose from😊

  This place is normally on top of it and do an exceptional job, unfortunately today we went thru and ordered 5 drinks total and once we get away as we live an hour and a half away every si gel drink tasted the same which is not what the order was. This was very disappointing considering I was told I didn’t pay when in fact u did and showed them my phone where it had already been taken, then was asked if we wanted a drink carrier and I replied yes please, they came bringing the drinks out without drink carrier and when I asked for one the girl turned away and in a snobby way said out loud “well they said they didn’t want a drink carrier” when in fact I had asked for it. To spend this much money on 5 drinks and them ti all be the same thing and not even what we asked for is very disappointing when we don’t even live there and make the special stop for a treat.

  Girls take time to talk to their friends if they are on the line and ignore customers behind they don't care about customer's service

  Great concept and the atmosphere is awesome! However, I feel that the level of service needs to be fixed and less gossiping and more working to get the line going! With the drinks, I feel that it's a hit and miss day to day! Wish the drinks are consistent everyday and on busy days it takes what feels like forever just to get a drink by the slowness. Compared to other locations I've been to recently, I feel this location needs a lot of work and better staff to make this place great! I feel that they also need more training on making drinks consistent daily! This location has a lot of potential - just need a lot of work to achieve that!
