- GBGina BarnettNov 23, 20251.0I gave over an hour advanced notice for our pizzas for a specific time due to a reserved birthday party. They did not tell me they couldnt make that happen and said it was okay. We showed up at the pickup time and one pizza was done. The main worker there said that they were short staffed and had other customers during that time to tend to instead which is understandable but should have let us know they couldnt make our pickup time happen so we could do something different. I went outside to make arrangements for someone else to pick up the pizzas since we had a reservation at SOAR to attend and she was talking about me disrespectfully outloud when I came back in. I let her know my son will be back to pick up the pizzas for the party. They were halfway done after 15 minutes of us arriving so it was a time management issue. I will never order from them again.
