  I have ordered from here for years I've never had an issue with them. They always get our pizzas right, delivery is always fast, and the delivery drivers are always so kind. 10/10 highly recommend it's honestly the best Domino's on base from what I've experienced.

  We ordered a pizza husband went in to pay everything was fine but they claimed it didn't go through ...except it did. My husband even pulled up our bank app and literally showed that we got charged the manager forced us to pay again! Wouldn't not give us our food until we paid again. So we paid almost 70 bucks for our order that was originally only 34. Will never eat here again! I had to call the corporate phone number to get a refund started and the man I spoke to was very accusatory and seemed to be implying that I was just trying to get free food.... Well for your information sir. If you're reading this, the charges went through for the first one. It did not "drop off" like you tried to gaslight me into believing. We only got refunded for the charge that I had to call and demand for.

  Very fast service and my order is always correct but when I ask for extra sauce, I want EXTRA SAUCE!! 😅

  I recently placed an order through the Domino’s app for carryout — an XL half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. When I arrived at the store, I was handed only a large pizza, not the XL I ordered. Once I got home and confirmed it wasn’t what I ordered, I politely called the store to let them know. The associate I spoke with immediately became rude and dismissive, insisting they don’t carry XL pizzas. I calmly asked why this wasn’t communicated in the app, when the order was placed, or even at pickup. Instead of addressing that, the associate — who identified himself as the manager, Scott — continued to be unprofessional. Eventually, he offered me a credit and apologized, but only after I said I would escalate the issue further. My husband later called to claim the credit pizza so our children could have lunch. Unfortunately, both the original pizza and the replacement were unappetizing and disappointing. I understand people may have bad days, but the lack of professionalism, miscommunication, and poor food quality made this a very disheartening experience. I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and improves both customer service and order accuracy moving forward.
