- MMMaresa MckaySep 28, 20251.0I recently placed an order through the Domino’s app for carryout — an XL half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. When I arrived at the store, I was handed only a large pizza, not the XL I ordered. Once I got home and confirmed it wasn’t what I ordered, I politely called the store to let them know. The associate I spoke with immediately became rude and dismissive, insisting they don’t carry XL pizzas. I calmly asked why this wasn’t communicated in the app, when the order was placed, or even at pickup. Instead of addressing that, the associate — who identified himself as the manager, Scott — continued to be unprofessional. Eventually, he offered me a credit and apologized, but only after I said I would escalate the issue further. My husband later called to claim the credit pizza so our children could have lunch. Unfortunately, both the original pizza and the replacement were unappetizing and disappointing. I understand people may have bad days, but the lack of professionalism, miscommunication, and poor food quality made this a very disheartening experience. I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and improves both customer service and order accuracy moving forward.

This isn't the first time this has happened. When it happened previously the Mgr sent the driver back to replace it with a fresh salad. This time the Mgr was rude and wouldn't replace it because she only had 1 driver. You have lost a customer.
